Pratyaya Mental Well-being Centre was created with the intention of addressing not just emotional distress, but the reasons behind it like the silent pressures, unspoken expectations, chronic stress, and emotional fatigue that quietly shape our lives and workplaces.
Founded in Pune by Pooja Inamke, Industrial Psychologist and Therapist, Pratyaya works with individuals, families, students, and organizations to support mental health in ways that are practical, culturally aware, and sustainable all over the country.
